Meeting packages

When you book a room with us, we have several options to provide your guests with snacks and drinks. Would you like to combine your meeting with a sumptuous reception, lunch, dinner or would you like to combine all three? Our Groups & Events team will gladly think along with you to create a tailor-made meeting. Read more about the possibilities on this page.

Meeting package
All our rooms are rented in combination with our standard meeting package. This is adapted to the length of your meeting. If you wish, you can add lunch, dinner, drinks and/or an overnight stay. In the standard meeting package, your guests are provided with various drinks and refreshments in the break-out lounge:

Coffee and tea, flat and sparkling water, juices and soft drinks
Biscuits, sweets, nuts and fruit
Depending on the time of your meeting, the meeting package also includes a morning, afternoon, or evening break. During this break, a sweet or savoury snack will be served and you can again make use of the various drinks in the break out lounge.

Break-out lounge
During your breaks, you can take a seat in the break-out lounge. These lounges are equipped with standing tables, stools and drinks buffets. Based on your requirements, hot snacks, lunch or dinner can also be served here.


In addition, you can extend your meeting package as you wish. We offer various culinary options:

• Lunchbuffet of break out lunch
  Depending on the size of your group, we will serve your lunch buffet in restaurant Het Buffet or in the break-out lounge.*
  The Live Cooking Lunch Buffet takes place in restaurant Het Buffet. The buffet consists of a luxury bread assortment, various dishes of national and international cuisine, a wide range of salads and free use of coffee, tea, dairy drinks and fruit juices.
  The break-out lunch takes place in the break-out lounge near your room. The buffet consists of various sandwiches, a hot snack and free use of coffee, tea, dairy drinks and fruit juices.
  * If restaurant Het Buffet is full and/or closed, we reserve the right to change your lunch to a break-out lunch.
• Dinner buffet
  Depending on the size of your group, we serve the dinner buffet in restaurant Het Buffet or in the break-out lounge.
  The Live Cooking Dinner Buffet takes place in restaurant Het Buffet. The buffet consists of a wide choice of starters, main dishes and desserts from various world cuisines and you can make free use of beer, house wine, soft drinks, coffee, tea, milk and fruit juices.
  
• A la carte dinner
  A deliciously elaborate dinner at Brasserie Martinus, tailored to your taste. You can choose a 1-, 2- or 3-course dinner in consultation with our Groups & Events colleagues.
  
• Drinks package
  During drinks at Café Cinema Parisien, for example, we serve soft drinks, juices, water, house wines, Swinckels draught beer and Swinckels0.0%. In addition, various hot snacks are served. It is also possible to welcome your guests with a welcome cocktail or glass of prosecco. More information on our drinks options can be found here.
